Job summary

FFF Enterprises is seeking an Audit and Adjustment Coordinator to ensure pricing compliance with GPO and vendor contracts. You will validate pricing, audit contract terms, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience in contracts administration or related audit field.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to read and interpret written contracts.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Audit condition records and listings ensuring accuracy and communicate findings.
• Audit pricing agreements for contract pricing, terms and customer eligibility; resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
• Create and manage customer credit/rebill adjustments for price discrepancies.
• Identify and implement efficiencies through process improvements and/or systems enhancements.
• Compile data requested for price validation purposes.
