The role validates pricing for customers and products and interfaces with Pricing Lead, SCO, Commercial, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have at least one year in contracts administration or related audit work, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to interpret written contracts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience in contracts administration or audit field.
• Ability to interpret written contracts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Audit condition records and listings ensuring accuracy; communicate with pricing and commercial teams.
• Audit pricing agreements to ensure adherence to contract pricing, terms and eligibility; resolve discrepancies with suppliers and pricing team.
• Create and manage customer credit/rebill adjustments due to contract or discount price discrepancies.
• Identify and implement efficiencies via process improvements and system enhancements.
• Compile data requested for price validation purposes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Pricing Lead, SCO Business Analyst, and other departments to resolve issues.
