Job summary

Performance Food Group's Performance Foodservice division is seeking a Pricing/Procurement Associate to ensure contract data accuracy across customers, pricing and products. You will collaborate with Purchasing, Customer Service, Credit and Information Systems to maintain contracts, pricing tests, and vendor pricing while supporting vendors and customers.

The role requires 2-4 years in pricing, contracts, purchasing, or accounting, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience with customer pricing, contracts, products, purchasing and/or accounting.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 4-6 years in procurement and/or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of customer contract or bid pricing
• Vendor maintenance and compliance; vendor billback maintenance
• Price contract maintenance, price testing and verification
• Customer product documentation maintenance; warehouse notification of product changes
• Order guide set up and maintenance; promotions, menu changes, and dead and slow inventory
• Earned income tracking at it impacts vendor funded deviated pricing
• Performs customer and vendor pricing audits
• Performs other related duties as assigned
