Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Phlebotomist in Fairbanks, AK for a 3-month contract with potential extension to permanent. Typical schedule is 8AM–5PM, Monday to Friday, with benefits available and a focus on accurate blood collection and specimen handling.

The successful candidate will have an active phlebotomy certification, at least 6 months venipuncture experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. High school diploma or GED is required.

Competenze

• Must hold an active Phlebotomy certification valid for the state of employment.
• At least 6 months of venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Mansioni

• Perform blood draws and related specimen collection tasks.
• Label, centrifuge, and manage specimens according to procedures.
• Document maintenance data and decontaminate work areas as required.
• Explain venipuncture processes clearly to patients and ensure specimen integrity.
• Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations and attend trainings.
