Management Performance Associates is seeking a Phlebotomist for a 3-month contract in Fairbanks, AK, with a potential path to permanent placement. The role runs 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and offers benefits.

• Valid phlebotomy certification for the state of employment.
• At least 6 months of venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood draws and collect specimens per procedures.
• Label, centrifuge, and store specimens following test orders.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Match requisitions to specimens and ensure 100% accuracy.
• Package specimens for transport and maintain proper temperature.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and DEP regulations.
• Attend annual department trainings and keep records.
• Answer calls and review laboratory results as needed.
