Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Phlebotomist in Rock Hill, SC for a 3-month contract with potential for permanent placement. Typical schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

The role involves performing venipuncture, labeling and processing specimens, and ensuring accuracy of documentation. Minimum qualifications include a valid phlebotomy certification, at least 6 months of venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital, HS diploma or GED, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Phlebotomy certification valid for state of employment.
• Minimum 6 months' venipuncture experience in lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel).

Aufgaben

• Perform blood draws, label specimens, centrifuge and maintain records per procedures.
• Collect and store specimens according to established procedures.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly and courteously to patients.
• Demonstrate technique with straight or butterfly needles as required.
• Ensure orders match specimen tubes and requisitions.
• Package and transport specimens maintaining specimen integrity.
• Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations; attend trainings.
