Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Phlebotomist for a 3-month contract. Schedule is 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with potential for permanent placement. Responsibilities include blood draws, labeling, centrifuging, and proper transport of specimens.

OSHA/DEP regulations must be followed and patient communication is essential. Qualifications: state Phlebotomy certification, at least 6 months venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and centrifugation per procedures.
• Label specimens and maintain accurate patient data.
• Prepare specimens for transport and storage.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Adhere to OSHA and DEP regulations and attend trainings.
