RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC in Columbus, GA is seeking a Phlebotomist for a contract position with potential for permanent hire. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with a projected duration of 3 months and possible extension.

Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed as required in some states.
• Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast paced lab or hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsabilités

• Experience doing blood draws and labeling specimens.
• Centrifuging specimens and recording maintenance data.
• Decontamination and updating patient information.
• Package specimens for transport and store according to procedures.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
