Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Valid phlebotomy certification as applicable by state.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens per protocol.
• Centrifuge specimens and maintain testing records.
• Explain venipuncture procedure clearly to patients.
• Package specimens for transport and store by protocol.
• Follow OSHA/DEP regulations and attend trainings.
