Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Phlebotomist for a Columbus, GA contract position with the potential to convert to permanent. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm. May float to other locations as needed; projected duration is 3 months with possible permanency.

The role includes blood draws, labeling and centrifuging specimens, data recording, and ensuring patient information accuracy. Compliance with OSHA/DEP regulations is required.

Qualifications

• Valid phlebotomy certification for the state where employed.
• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Experience doing blood draws and labeling specimens.
• Centrifuging specimens and recording maintenance data.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients and caregivers.
• Package specimens for transport and ensure proper labeling per test order.
