Zaddy Solutions in Monroe, NY is seeking a Phlebotomist for a contract role with potential for permanent placement. The position is based in Monroe, NY as a float, with a schedule of Mon-Thu 8:00am-5:30pm and Friday 8:00am-1:00pm.

Qualifications

• Valid phlebotomy certification as required by state.
• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens.
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data.
• Explain the venipuncture process clearly to patients as required.
• Package specimens for transport and store per protocol.
• Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations and attend trainings.
