The role supports the Commercial Transactions Group within the Office of General Counsel, handling end-to-end contract processing, reviews, drafting, and recordkeeping. The ideal candidate has at least five years of paralegal or contracts experience, strong writing and communication skills, and is proficient with Microsoft 365 and AI tools used to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent.
• At least five years of legal office experience as a paralegal or contracts professional.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and processing commercial agreements.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps.
• Experience with AI tools for contracting.

Responsabilités

• Process end-to-end commercial agreements in internal contract management system.
• Review routine agreements using templates, playbooks, escalation criteria; route substantive issues to attorney.
• Draft and revise routine contract documents (NDAs, amendments, orders, exhibits, notices).
• Proofread, edit, format, and finalize contracts with version control.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, vendors, and procurement to move transactions to completion.
• Assist in contract negotiations and track issues.
• Use AI-enabled tools to assist contracting tasks while protecting confidentiality.
• Maintain contract templates and clause libraries.
• Support reporting and quality-control activities.
• Provide support for trademark and copyright portfolios.
• Conduct legal and factual research and prepare summaries.
