Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a commercial paralegal or contracts specialist.
• Strong understanding of contract principles and terms.
• Proficiency in reviewing and redlining contracts using MS Word or similar tools.
• Experience with contract management software (Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, Concord, Coupa).

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise a wide range of commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor, SaaS/tech, licensing, service agreements).
• Coordinate contract intake and workflow management through the CMS.
• Assist with redlines, summaries, and negotiation support.
• Maintain digital contract files, track renewal dates and obligations.
