  • Proofread, edit, format, compare, and finalize contracts and other legal documents through execution, with careful attention to accuracy, consistency, version control, and document integrity.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, internal clients, vendors, procurement personnel, and other stakeholders to obtain information, track open items, support timely review, and move transactions to completion.
  • Participate in a support role in contract negotiations within the scope directed by supervising attorneys, including tracking issues and incorporating approved revisions.

  • Help maintain contract templates, clause libraries, review checklists, playbooks, knowledge resources, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with reporting and quality-control activities, including identifying incomplete records, aging matters, workflow bottlenecks, recurring negotiation issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide support for the firm’s trademark and copyright portfolios and related intellectual property matters, as requested.
  • Conduct legal and factual research on commercial, corporate, intellectual property, and related matters, and prepare clear summaries for attorney review.
  • Demonstrate the firm’s values and collaborate effectively in person and virtually in furtherance of the firm’s mission of investor protection and market integrity.
