Job summary

Sterling-Rice-Group-Inc is seeking a temporary, part-time Paid Social Specialist in Boulder, CO to support client campaigns on Meta and TikTok. You will enter, optimize, and report on campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs while collaborating with the Paid Social team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in paid social, familiarity with ads platforms and data visualization tools, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and managing paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, pacing, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Experience with TikTok Ads Manager is a plus.
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Adriel, Domo, Power BI) is a plus.
• Agency experience preferred; food/beverage/CPG experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, QA, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across assigned client accounts.
• Manage campaign pacing, budgets, delivery, and performance with timely optimizations.
• Support reporting and analyze performance across audiences, creative, placements, and variables.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to campaign setup, delivery, tracking, disapprovals, reporting, and access.
• Collaborate with Paid Social lead and client teams, maintain organized campaign documentation.
