Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a contract-based Paid Social Advertising Specialist in Burbank to support the internal Paid Social team. You will build, traffic, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and Reddit, using Sprinklr or Smartly and CM360 while adhering to naming conventions and 3P tagging.

The role emphasizes QA of campaigns, audience targeting, performance monitoring, and collaboration with the media buying and BI teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in paid social advertising.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Interest in growing understanding of paid social performance metrics and KPIs across platforms.
• Ability to communicate campaign progress to the broader marketing group.

Responsibilities

• QA of campaign builds to confirm proper setup and data flow.
• Assist with audience targeting strategy using platform insights.
• Monitor campaign performance and delivery against flight dates and budgets; suggest adjustments.
• Support monthly campaign actualization and reconciliation with BI teams to fix data or naming issues.
• Assist with billing accuracy, including invoice tracking and submission.
