Job summary

Allegis Group Services, Inc. seeks an Order Management Analyst to support end-to-end order processing for Samsung via Allegis Global Solutions.

This contract role requires SAP and EDI expertise, strong analytics, and collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure accurate orders and timely fulfillment. Based in Plano, TX, the role offers a 12-month engagement, 40-hour weeks, and a pay range of $34–$36 per hour.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
3-5 years of experience in order management, sales operations, customer operations, or a related field.
Strong proficiency with SAP and EDI for order processing and management.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as Word and PowerPoint.
Experience reviewing and resolving pricing, order, or financial discrepancies.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams.
Knowledge of builder systems such as SupplyPro and KOVA is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure customer orders are successfully received and submitted in NERP through EDI, SPACE, or manual processing methods.
Manage an assigned account portfolio and oversee day-to-day order management activities.
Process and manage purchase order revisions, delivery date updates, PO price adjustments, and sales returns.
Maintain accurate customer and order information while ensuring overall data integrity.
Monitor orders throughout the fulfillment process and help ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Review and validate price adjustment and chargeback claims in collaboration with Finance and Sales.
Verify PO pricing and investigate pricing discrepancies.
Generate and analyze reports related to open orders, price discrepancies, shipped orders, and aged orders.
Identify issues that may impact order accuracy, pricing, or fulfillment and coordinate appropriate resolution.
