Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking an Order Management Senior Specialist to manage and maintain account portfolios, ensuring accurate order entry and processing in the ERP system.

You will collaborate with departments to support order processes, maintain compliance with company policies, and drive continuous improvements across order-related workflows. The role requires 5–7 years in order management, SAP and EDI experience, and advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related Business Field.
• 5–7 years of prior Order Management experience.
• SAP experience.
• EDI experience related to Order Processing.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Ability to lead team members and multi-task under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders comply with policies, programs and master agreements.
• Enter and process orders in ERP per standard processes.
• Manage orders through internal systems to enable shipping and invoicing.
• Review price adjustment claims and sales returns per policies.
• Resolve sales return discrepancies and support chargebacks.
• Improve order processes, integrations, and end-to-end performance.
• Support new account launches with system integrations and policy alignment.
• Provide training on end-to-end order fulfillment policies and systems.
