Job summary

AFL is seeking an experienced Oracle Business Analyst - Order Management to join the Enterprise Applications team. The role focuses on Oracle Order Management and the broader Order-to-Cash lifecycle, working as a functional SME reporting to the Lead Business Analyst.

This position can be remote and supports global operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive OM, EBS, and O2C experience, drive process excellence, and collaborate with finance, operations, and IT to optimize order

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of Oracle EBS Business Analyst experience.
5+ years of hands-on Oracle Order Management experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as a functional analyst for Oracle Order Management and Order-to-Cash processes.
Analyze, document, and implement enhancements for the end-to-end O2C business processes.
Lead or participate in ERP projects, enhancements, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
