Job summary

Generac Power Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Support Coordinator to join our Database Center. You will manage customer account creation and contract maintenance across SAP and Salesforce, ensuring accurate onboarding and timely processing.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and internal stakeholders to execute new accounts and contract administration. Strong communication and meticulous record-keeping are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Engineering, Law, Business, Contract Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working with SAP and Salesforce.
• At least 7 years in customer service, sales, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate contractual documents, purchase orders, and new account information; ensure accurate updates to system records.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to contracts and account setups, including tracking contract statuses.
• Collect data and prepare documentation to support contract and account processes.
• Upload contract documents into internal systems; manage file organization and up-to-date records.
• Support onboarding for new accounts, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Complete required forms and documentation for account creation, updates, or modifications.
• Keep stakeholders informed of progress related to account setups and contract milestones.
• Generate and deliver regular status reports for leadership regarding contract and account setup activities.
