Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking a Customer Contract Admin Analyst in Vernon Hills, IL to support the GPO Contract Membership team.

The role focuses on administering contract membership eligibility for national GPO agreements, ensuring accurate pricing and timely stakeholder communication. You will validate eligibility, identify customer numbers, and ensure alignment to contracts while coordinating with customers, distributors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data to include data acquisition, data mining, and data analysis.
• Strong proficiency and advanced skills with Microsoft Excel (Must demonstrate strong abilities with VLookups, pivot tables and other analytic formulas)
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize a variable workload to meet schedules with accurate results.
• Ability to work independently in a team environment, be self-motivated and to multi-task while achieving expectations.
• Analytical problem solver
• Preferred experience in ERP (SAP) and reporting (Business Intelligence) systems

• Identify BD’s customer number based on customer address demographics using various data sources.
• Validate customers are eligible for and aligned to the appropriate GPO contracts/tier
• Utilize Membership Analytics database to ensure customers are SGA (Single Group Affiliation) by identifying customer contract connections to be expired

Job Title: Customer Contract Admin Analyst

Location: Vernon Hills, IL

Duration: 12+ Months

Client: Medical Device Company

pay rate:25-30/hr

Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Only)

No H1B’s

Primary Work Location - in office M-F for 2-3 months until associate can independently function; then hybrid 2 days/wk in office

All Candidates must be submitted with an excel test result

Accountabilities In This Role

The position is responsible for supporting the GPO Contract Membership team with the administration of contract membership eligibility for national GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) agreements. This information is provided to customers, distributors, and internal business teams.

Scope includes validating GPO members’ eligibility and alignment to all contracts to ensure accurate customer pricing and notification to distributors.
