• Strong cross-functional collaboration and analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve high volume inquiries from external and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate pricing eligibility for GPOs and local agreements.
• Lead external/internal calls to address requests.
• Coordinate GPO Group Transitions with BD Central Membership.
• Prepare dealer notifications and communicate pricing/membership details.
• Support design and implementation of improvements in the GPO group transition.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and team objectives.
• Collaborate to improve contract execution and renewal processes.
