The Analyst, Contract Operations will manage high volumes of inquiries, ensure accurate contract pricing and membership details, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in the GPO group transition process.

The role emphasizes accountability for KPIs/SLAs, data-driven insights, and effective communication with distributors, customers, and internal BD teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial contract operations or related areas such as pricing.
• Proficient Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large data and draw insights.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong cross-functional business partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve a large volume of external and internal ad-hoc inquiries in a timely manner, utilizing automation and reporting tools.
• Understand and support business and membership strategies to communicate pricing eligibility on GPO/local agreements; facilitate calls to resolve requests.
• Manage GPO Group Transitions with BD Central Membership for roster alignment and dating.
• Prepare Dealer Notifications and notify servicing distributors of contract pricing and membership details.
• Provide subject matter expertise to improve accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in GPO Group Transition processes; meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with partners to improve GPO/local contract execution and renewal processes.
