Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve a high volume of external and internal contract inquiries promptly using automation and reporting tools.
• Support pricing and membership strategies and coordinate calls to resolve stakeholder requests.
• Coordinate GPO group transitions with BD Central Membership to ensure roster accuracy.
• Prepare dealer notifications and communicate contract pricing and membership details to distributors.
• Provide SME guidance to improve accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in GPO/local contract processes.
• Collaborate with partners to drive improvements in contract execution and renewal workflows.
