Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Commercial Ops Analyst to prepare, analyze, and revise contracts for medical devices and related products. Hybrid role; on-site in Lake Zurich, IL three days weekly.

You will manage pricing, compliance, rebates, and reporting while coordinating with Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years in contract development and pricing, with SAP knowledge and strong analytical, organizational, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3 years’ experience developing customer contracts and administering customer pricing within an Enterprise application environment.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
• Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SAP (or other Enterprise system) and pricing master data management; Vistex a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer contracts, amendments, notices, price letters and quotes following department processes end-to-end.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions for non-standard contract elements and redline requests.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams on contract development, administration, compliance, and reporting.
• Administer customer-specific pricing and resolve pricing disputes.
• Maintain contract files and databases with versions, approvals, amendments, and rebates.
