Job summary

Roche is seeking a Contract Operations Manager to lead end-to-end agreement execution, acting as the primary SME on Salesforce and Conga platforms. You will drive data integrity across the contract lifecycle and help scale the team across business units.

In this role, you will own contract intake, routing, redline triage, and system activations while ensuring pricing alignment and compliance. Remote work available in the United States.

Qualifications

• University degree, with business related degree preferred.
• Business level fluency in English as well as primary business language of the site(s) supported.
• 7+ years with procurement experience in strategic sourcing, global category management, complex procurement contracting, and operational category efficiency projects.
• Solid leadership experience with extensive procurement experience and deep category knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Platform SME & Systems Consultation: advise on system capabilities and translate needs into platform enhancements.
• Contract Operations & SPOC Ownership: manage contract intake, routing, redline triage, and activations across business units.
• Team Leadership & Scale: build foundational processes to support team growth and mentorship.
• Quality & Compliance Assurance: maintain pre-legal and system-level quality controls aligning pricing, service tables, and final agreements.
• Stakeholder & Legal Alignment: serve as the liaison between business leads, technical teams, external pharma partners, and legal counsel.
