Team Leadership & Scale: build processes to support growth and mentor contract operations staff.
Quality & Compliance Assurance: ensure alignment between pricing, service tables and final agreements.
Stakeholder & Legal Alignment: liaise between business leads, technical teams, external partners and legal counsel.
