Job summary

Avem Health Partners is seeking a Contract Administration Coordinator to support the efficient and compliant management of contracts. You will prepare, process, track and maintain contractual documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal standards.

In this role you will navigate contract workflows, maintain documentation systems, and provide timely clerical support to internal stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of administrative or contract support experience required; healthcare/contract admin background preferred.
  • Strong organization skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with contract management or document management platforms preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Tracks contract status, key dates, expirations, and renewal timelines.
  • Prepares contracts using templates and performs word processing and filing.
  • Administers clerical support to the department.
  • Assists with data entry, analytics, and customer inquiries.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding contract status and processes.
  • Prepares standard reports and summaries related to contract activity and metrics.
  • Other duties as assigned.
