Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a Contracts Facilitator to streamline contract workflows across branches and the home office. You will draft agreements from templates, monitor approvals, and manage document repositories using DocuSign.

The role emphasizes training staff on contract procedures, collaboration with the legal team for non-template contracts, and ensuring timely processing of all contracts.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to collect, aggregate, interpret and report data.
• Ability to train staff on contract procedures.
• Experience with contract management preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process contract requests timely.
• Collaborate with legal for non-template contracts.
• Draft agreements from templates.
• Monitor approvals and store in repository.
• Use DocuSign to send/receive documents.
• Track contract expirations and draft termination letters.
• Educate staff on contract management processes.
• Act as contract liaison to branches and home office.
