Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Consultant (Contract Administrator) in the US field to support OptiFreight contracts, coordinating terms and ensuring compliance. You will draft contracts in Apttus, review standard terms, and gather inputs from Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance.

You will lead redlining, approvals, and the development of contract templates while supporting dashboards and process improvements. Requires 3–5 years in contracts and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of related experience in contracts, legal/paralegal roles preferred.
• Strong negotiation, contract drafting, communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to work with CLM systems and templates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer customer contract terms and activations.
• Draft contracts in Apttus using OptiFreight templates.
• Review contracts for adherence to standard business terms.
• Collect inputs from Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, and others.
• Redline and align customer documents with OptiFreight language.
• Coordinate review and approval of contract redlines with stakeholders.
• Assist with development of contract templates and playbooks.
• Support dashboards and reporting on contracting metrics.
• Provide training and onboarding on contracting processes.
