Job summary

Cardinal Health in the United States is seeking a Consultant (Contract Administrator) within Sales Operations to support OptiFreight contracts. You will partner with Legal, Sales, Finance and cross-functional teams to review strategy and ensure compliance and process maintenance.

You will draft contracts in Apttus, review terms, manage redlines, support dashboards, and help train stakeholders while guiding contract lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience in contracts/Legal roles preferred.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, communication, and time management skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer contract terms and activities.
• Draft contracts in Apttus using OptiFreight templates.
• Review contracts for standard terms compliance.
• Gather inputs from cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Redline customer documents to align with OptiFreight language.
• Escalate issues for resolution to the Manager.
• Support contract development, dashboards, and reporting.
