Job summary

Lumicera is seeking an Analyst, Contract Operations to join our growing team in the US. This role focuses on the operational aspects of Lumicera’s discount programs, including contract compliance, optimization, reconciliation, reporting, and RFP support.

The position requires collaboration with Finance, Underwriting, and Client Services for pricing and risk management. Remote-friendly with a M-F 8am-5pm schedule; bachelor's degree is required and pharmacy technician license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Pharmacy technician license preferred.
• 3-5 years of managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharmaceutical experience required.
• Pharmacy technician, trade, Industry Relations, and/or analytical experience preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Understand plan formulary design and contracting potentials for client specific set ups.
• Analyze claims data to ensure the accuracy of contract processing and advise on contract optimization.
• Provide sales and RFP support for prospective clients and client renewals.
• Collaborate with Finance and Underwriting teams to evaluate contracts and manage pricing risk.
• Support contract review, data entry, evaluation, and reconciliation of client contract guarantees.
• Serve as SME for audits and client reporting requirements.
