Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking an Analyst, Contract Operations to manage discount programs, contract compliance, and reporting for clients and manufacturers. You will analyze claims, support RFPs, and coordinate audits, while partnering with finance and underwriting teams to assess contract pricing.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharma, a Bachelor’s degree, and preferably a pharmacy technician license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Pharmacy technician license preferred.
• 3-5 years of managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharmaceutical experience required.
• Pharmacy technician, trade, Industry Relations, and/or analytical experience preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Understand plan formulary design and contracting potentials for client specific set ups.
• Analyze claims data to ensure contract processing accuracy and establish recommendations for contract optimization.
• Provide sales and RFP support for prospective clients, renewals, and market checks; collaborate with Lumicera Finance and Underwriting teams.
• Support contract review, data entry, evaluation, and reconciliation of client contract financial guarantees.
• Coordinate with Analytics on maintenance of contract reporting environments and assist with new contract program initiatives.
• Serve as Lumicera client reporting reporting expert during audits and regulatory program audits.
• Lead Government-related or regulated reporting for internal use and client requirements.
• Review discount strategy and manufacturer contracts to correctly allocate payments.
