Luminis Health is seeking a Procurement Analyst to optimize purchasing, contract administration, and supplier relationships across departments. This hybrid role combines buying with policy compliance to drive cost efficiency and quality in sourcing decisions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Excel and data analytics, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Computer skills required in word processing, Excel spreadsheets, database management and web based analytics.
• Excellent analytical, written, interpersonal, independent thinking and communication skills required.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing purchasing strategies to optimize costs.
• Assist with loading contracts and contract pricing into departmental tools and systems.
• Assist in planning and coordination of large RFP initiatives.
• Process purchase orders and requisitions to backfill purchasing department.
• Create Contract and Capital purchase orders; forecast adjustments for inventory to prevent stockouts.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Track and report KPIs related to purchasing and distributor performance.
• Utilize Supply Disruption Manager Tool to analyze purchasing data.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities and performance such as morning huddle scorecard.
• Assist with recall management and supplier audits and assessments.
• Support deployment of procurement policies and procedures.
