Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is adding an Analyst, Contract Operations to our team due to growth. The ideal candidate will have experience with PBMs and rebate analytics and will manage contract compliance, reconciliation, reporting, and client interactions.

This role supports contract optimization, pricing risk, and audits, coordinating with Analytics and Lumicera Finance. Remote-friendly with a standard M-F schedule; requires a Bachelor's degree and pharmacy-related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Pharmacy technician license preferred.
• 3–5 years of managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharmaceutical experience required.
• Pharmacy technician, trade, Industry Relations and/or analytical experience preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Understand plan formulary design and contracting potentials for client specific set ups.
• Analyze claims data to ensure accuracy of contract processing and establish optimization recommendations.
• Provide sales and RFP support; collaborate with Finance and Underwriting on pricing risk.
• Support contract review, data entry, evaluation, and reconciliation of contract guarantees.
• Coordinate with Analytics on contract reporting environments and new program initiatives.
• Serve as liaison for client services regarding contract reporting and data analysis.
• Lead government-related or regulated reporting for internal and client requirements.
• Review discount strategy and manufacturer contracts to allocate payments correctly.
