Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Contracts Administrator to review, negotiate, and manage customer and subcontractor agreements across a defined geography. You will ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and customer obligations while mitigating contractual risk.

The role works with Sales, Operations, Legal and customers, handling contract workflows, documentation, and insurer/bonding coordination within delegated authority.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management or commercial negotiation.
• Knowledge of contract terms and risk identification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with contract management systems and tools, such as iReview.
• Exposure to government contracting or prevailing wage processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate project-specific agreements, purchase orders, subcontracts, NDAs, lien-related documents, insurance requirements within approved limits.
• Manage contract lifecycle from intake to signature and documentation.
