Job summary

Convergint in Texas is seeking a Contracts Administrator to review, negotiate, and manage customer and subcontractor contracts across projects. You will oversee contract lifecycle, ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and customer obligations, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, and project teams.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, timely processing, and proper documentation in iReview.

Qualifications

Experience in contract management, commercial negotiation, or related responsibilities.
Working knowledge of contract terms and risk identification.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with contract management systems and tools, including iReview.

Responsibilities

Review and negotiate project-specific agreements, purchase orders, subcontracts, NDAs, lien-related documents, insurance requirements, and other assigned contract types within established authority limits and guidelines.
Escalate agreements outside approved parameters for higher-level review.
Prepare and revise contract addendums based on company standards and approved language.
Identify and communicate contractual risks related to payment terms, indemnity, or insurance requirements.
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract interpretation and procedural requirements.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, and customers to support contract handling.
