Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a Contracts professional to handle review, negotiation, and risk management of project-related agreements across the lifecycle. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal, and other internal partners to ensure compliant, timely processing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, commercial negotiation, or related responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of contract terms and risk identification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with contract management systems, including iReview.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate project-specific agreements, purchase orders, subcontracts, NDAs, lien-related documents, insurance requirements, and other assigned contract types within authority limits.
• Escalate agreements outside approved parameters or with non-standard terms.
• Prepare and revise contract addendums per company standards.
• Identify contractual risks related to payment terms, indemnity, or insurance requirements.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract interpretation and procedural requirements.
• Support contract lifecycle management, including intake, routing, negotiation, and signature execution.
