Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage contract review, negotiation, and risk assessment for project agreements. You will work with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to ensure terms meet company standards.

The role involves processing contracts through intake, routing, signatures, and documentation, obtaining certificates of insurance, and supporting government or regulatory requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, commercial negotiation, or related responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of contract terms and risk identification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with contract management systems and tools, including iReview.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate project agreements, purchase orders, subcontracts, NDAs, lien-related documents, insurance requirements.
• Escalate agreements outside approved parameters or with non-standard terms.
• Prepare and revise contract addendums per company standards.
• Identify and communicate contractual risks related to payment terms, indemnity, or insurance.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract interpretation.
• Support contract lifecycle processes from intake to signature execution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal, and other partners for timely contract handling.
