Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is seeking a Contract Administrator to prepare, review, and negotiate standard terms and maintain contract records. You will support the Contract Negotiation team, draft simple documents, and ensure data accuracy in the contract management database.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or related field (paralegal certification a plus), 2+ years of experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Paralegal certification is a plus.
  • 2+ years of relevant business experience.
  • Organized and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contract terms and compliance.
  • Knowledge of general contracting terms and language.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to negotiate terms and interact with stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, interpret, and negotiate contractual provisions as needed.
  • Evaluate information, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Communicate directly with customers.
  • Maintain the Contract Administration database.
  • Generate reports as required.
  • Maintain the Contracts Administration filing system.
  • Assist Contract Negotiators with drafting and deal processing.
