Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is seeking a Contract Administrator to prepare, review, and negotiate standard terms and maintain contract records. You will support the Contract Negotiation team, draft simple documents, and ensure data accuracy in the contract management database.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or related field (paralegal certification a plus), 2+ years of experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Job description

Primary Function of Position:
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate standard agreement terms and conditions.
  • Draft simple documents and letters.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks to support departmental projects.
  • Ensure all relevant data is accurately entered and maintained in Intuitive’s contract management database.
  • Collaborate with Contract Negotiation staff to update and organize form templates on the shared drive.
  • Maintain the Contract Administration filing system.
Roles & Responsibilities:
