Job summary

UC Irvine Medical Center is seeking a seasoned contracts professional to structure and manage enterprise agreements with contractors and customers. You will collaborate with legal and internal partners to ensure compliance and optimize terms across multiple agreements.

The role requires strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, plus the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contracts negotiations experience and a strong understanding of contracting assignments.
• Bachelor's degree with relevant business background; UC policy and California law familiarity.
• Excellent written and oral communication with broad stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and administer contractual documents for business relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams and legal to ensure compliance with UC policies and laws.
• Advise management on contractual rights, obligations, and term interpretations.
• Identify issues, oversee bidding processes, and negotiate terms for contract completion.
