Job summary

Biodesix is seeking contract mobile phlebotomists to collect samples at patients' homes or workplaces via nasal swab or venipuncture. Testing supports blood-based assays leveraging genomics and proteomics; virtual training will be provided for all sample types.

Qualifications

• Excellent phlebotomy skills including venipuncture.
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience within the last 3 years.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Contact each patient within 24 hours.
• Prompt scheduling of appointments (1 to 3 days).
• Communicate with the office regarding scheduling, patient issues or draw complications.
• Specimen collection adhering to kit instructions precisely, to ensure accurate testing.
• Samples packed and shipped same day using provided materials.
• Prompt invoicing of draws for payment.
