Job summary

Biodesix in Pasco, WA is seeking contract mobile phlebotomists to collect samples at patients' homes or workplaces, using nasal swab or venipuncture, for genomics and proteomics based tests. Virtual training will be provided for all sample types and kits.

Note: This is a contract position; payment will be remitted within 30 days of invoice. Biodesix requires COVID-19 vaccination with accommodation options where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Excellent phlebotomy skills including venipuncture.
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy within the last 3 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients.
• Ability to follow procedures and exercise sound judgment.
• Excellent time management and scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contact each patient within 24 hours.
• Prompt scheduling of appointments (1 to 3 days).
• Communicate with the office regarding scheduling or issues.
• Specimen collection adhering to kit instructions precisely.
• Samples packed and shipped same day using provided materials.
• Prompt invoicing of draws for payment.
