Job summary

Framework is seeking an Associate Media Manager for a 12-week contract in Arlington, VA. The role supports daily media operations and asset management within the Dalet Flex system, collaborating with Content Operations to ensure correct ingestion, processing, and archiving of producer-supplied media.

You will verify complex technical specifications, troubleshoot system errors, and work with external vendors to implement remediation on behalf of the client.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience with MAM/DAM products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of media technical specifications and assets archiving.
• Understanding of cloud-based and on-prem technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day media operations and asset workflows within the Dalet Flex platform.
• Partner with Content Operations to ensure producer-supplied media is ingested, processed, and archived.
• Perform technical quality control of metadata and dimensions across assets.
• Identify and troubleshoot system errors or workflow blockages to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Collaborate with software vendors and stakeholders to implement lasting remediations.
