Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. seeks a Contract Recruiter to support a manufacturing client in Chicago, IL.

The position is a contract with potential conversion to full-time and offers a hybrid work arrangement with onsite presence 2–3 days per week. You will lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, source and screen candidates, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Manufacturing recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting hourly operations, production, or skilled manufacturing talent.
• Agency recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate generation skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• ATS experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Recruit across multiple locations and business functions.
• Support both active and proactive recruiting initiatives.
• Maintain recruiting activity within ATS systems.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Adapt quickly to changing business priorities and hiring demands.
