• Ability to work effectively under supervision while developing independent engineering capabilities.
• Familiarity with engineering design, manufacturing, or process improvement concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, process, and design engineering activities.
• Perform routine engineering assignments under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Use established references, procedures, standards, and technical documentation to identify and resolve straightforward problems.
• Collect, organize, and evaluate technical and operational data.
• Assist with developing plans and recommendations for assigned engineering activities.
• Support engineering design applications and help implement practical solutions.
• Participate in projects that provide exposure to engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Prepare and maintain basic engineering documentation, reports, and records.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams as needed.
