Our staffing firm is partnering with a global media and streaming company to identify a detail-oriented Procurement Contracts Administrator to support a large-scale contract lifecycle management initiative. Key Responsibilities
- Review contracts and extract key metadata, including: Contract dates, Suppliers/vendors, Contract values, and Terms and conditions.
- Enter contract information and supporting documents into the Agiloft contract management system.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of contract data.
- Understand and maintain contract hierarchies and parent-child relationships within the contract repository.
- Generate reports and metrics related to contract repository status and project progress.
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Monitor workload and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting contracts, procurement, supply chain, legal operations, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of contract structures and contract hierarchies.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review and validate contract information accurately.
- Experience working with contract databases or contract lifecycle management systems.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technology platforms.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools or technology solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agiloft or other Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
- Experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing.
- Background in procurement, supplier management, or contract administration.
