Job summary

You will mentor staff, handle renewals and amendments, audit contracts, develop KPI reporting, and partner with stakeholders to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contract management, contract administration, licensing operations, legal operations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day directional leadership, guidance, and training.
• Maintain understanding of contract execution process and act as SME on licensing.
• Audit contracts to ensure compliance with policies and QA standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive corrective actions.
• Address complex contract execution issues and coordinate with Licensing, Finance, or Legal.
• Develop KPI reporting and analytics.
• Lead regional projects and participate in global initiatives.
• Review complex contract issues to maintain standard of excellence.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Interpret large data sets and present findings to leadership.
