The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, CA is seeking a senior paralegal to support Corporate Legal. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating contracts, reviewing content and obtaining clearances for marketing materials, and managing contract processes across departments.

This position requires extensive collaboration with enterprise teams and executives, and involves coordinating with multiple business units to ensure timely processing of legal transactions and compliance obligations.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in the legal industry, preferably with a law firm or corporation.
• Minimum 3+ years of paralegal related experience
• Excellent professional written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and problem solving
• Strong editing and proofreading skills
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multi-project management abilities
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of management including executives
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Office suite

Responsabilidades

• Handle all stages of the contract process from intake to execution for various contracts (NDAs, grant, license, and vendor agreements).
• Track agreements and maintain the contract management system and update templates.
• Coordinate with clients and multiple business units to address legal issues related to transactions.
• Assist with content review and legal clearances for marketing materials.
• Manage the domestic cause marketing campaign registration process.
• Train clients on internal contract processes and registration workflows.
• Assist with other legal projects as needed.
